Values

We believe in a personal value system. These include our eleven
principles, all of which have been tried and tested for decades.
And where would any company be without the implementation of
values and principles?
  • Value leadership
  • The right mindset and attitude to corporate and people management in a fast paced environment is
essential. The eleven principles, all of which have been tried and tested for decades and lived by our
management team, make companies successful in the long term. We have compiled them you. Enjoy!
  • 01
  • BE CREATIVE!
  • Without new ideas, lateral thinking, innovation, and being different, there is no USP.
  • 02
  • OFFER REAL BENEFIT!
  • With so many theories, economic trends, scientific approaches and management trends, the most important thing is often neglected: the customer and his benefits.
  • 03
  • BE BOLD AND DIFFERENT
    THAN OTHERS!
  • Courage and being different are no guarantee, but essential ingredients for success. Only a small percentage of companies can differ by price alone.
  • 04
  • INVEST!
  • Avoiding waste is okay, but nothing has ever been created without financial investment – invest and create an ROI!
  • 05
  • REMAIN CONSISTENT!
  • Being consistent – with your words and actions – guarantees credibility and trust.
  • 06
  • BE MODEST AND SIMPLE!
  • It is apparently much harder to come up with simple solutions than to make things complicated. Simplicity means clarity.
  • 07
  • IMPROVE CONSTANTLY!
  • A perfect company? That’s an illusion. An entrepreneur must know the weaknesses of his company, keep an eye on them, try to reduce them and instead improve constantly.
  • 08
  • INVEST IN STRENGTHS!
  • Most companies try to make up for deficits. However, the imperativeneeds to be: invest in your strengths!
  • 09
  • LEAD WITH VALUES!
  • Leadership is not management. Leadership empowers people and affects people. People don’t want to be managed, they want to be led.
  • 10
  • LIVE IN BALANCE!
  • Humans tend to fill many areas of life with unnecessary tasks and often exert themselves. A regular assessment of our personal life and health condition is important. A permanent imbalance is harmful to our mental and physical health.
  • 11
  • THE ELEVENTH COMMANDMENT!
  • Our eleventh recommendation for entrepreneurs reads:
    Earn money!
But be careful: It doesn’t mean that the company’s only goal should be to make a profit. Profits are necessary – for new investments, to generate benefits, to develop further. But not for the sake of profit. Profits are good and important when they represent results of the goals achieved. And these goals are hopefully based on holistic and ethical values.
